A nice size and well-equipped room with a lovely bathroom and a kettle and tea/coffee. They provided exceptional service. More than adequate and generous breakfast, easy location so close to all attractions the sea is at the bottom of the road, sea front North shore and the main town, piers.

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was tastefully decorated, everything was lovely. Unbeatable and lovely location, a tram station was walk from the hotel. It was set walk from restaurants and pubs. All the dishes were nice, nevertheless you can visit nearby A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill.

Really enjoyed the room for £ 5 extra, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great because it was just off £6.50 for kids, trams into town centre and the main promenade away from the hustle.
